Garlic Cream

Yield: 1 Pint

1/2 cup sunflower seeds, soaked
1/3 cup water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp minced onion
pinch Celtic Sea Salt
pinch of blend of dried thyme and basil

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender until smooth. If consistency is too thick, add a bit more water. (Adding a bit more lemon juice will give it an added zing.) Garlic and onion can be increased according to taste.

This recipe was liked by some and not so liked by others.  The Zingy Veggie Dip was much more favored (and definitely my favorite).
