Natural living is a safe and viable alternative for many chronic or minor conditions. An herbal tincture, syrup or ointment may be just the thing. Perhaps I can show you how to make and use a poultice.  Please note that I am not a medical professional and, by law, cannot provide a diagnosis for whatever symptoms you may be having. Please consult a health care provider before pursuing the use of any herbal remedies . However I can help you be prepared to handle an emergency with natural means and prevent or minimize future conditions by providing you with the information you need.

As a Nutritionist I can tell you about the various systems of the body and how to keep them in balance by simply changing your diet and life stlyle. And as a Master Herbalist I can tell you which herbs are known to be effective remedies for many of the conditions we experience in Life.  I can advise you of any interactions there may be between different herbs and between herbs and pharmaceuticals. 

Since I am just starting up my Herb Shop, my ointment and tincture inventory is very small. However I plan on growing that inventory over the next several months.  If you want to purchase a particular ointment or tincture that I don't have, I will be more than happy to make it for you.

Except for Arnica Cream, all ointments and tinctures I sell are made by me.  My dear friend and colleague DJ Martin at her online store, The Herby Lady, makes an outstanding Arnica Cream that I am pleased to sell in my own shop.  I have used her cream for years and have been so pleased with the results I get. I know by using it that I will not show bruises or at the very least they will not last very long.
