Thyme Wisper received her B.S. EE from Arizona State University in 1983 and continued post graduate studies in Business Administration at Nova University in Davie, FL until 1987.  Retiring in 2005 after almost 27 years with IBM, Thyme began pursuing her lifelong "hobby" of herbs and health in earnest by graduating in February 2008 with honors from the two year Master Herbalist diploma program at the Australasian College of Health Sciences (now American College of Healthcare Sciences) and completing her certification as a Holistic Nutrition Consultant in April 2010.

Thyme is a member of the American Herbalists Guild.

American College of Healthcare Sciences is approved by the Oregon Office of Degree Authorization and is accredited by Distance Education and Training Council, Accrediting Commission, a US Department of Education recognized accrediting body.
